CHO Yoon sung, <SEED> 2022, 30"
This is the first collaboration project with Chosun University's Professor Cho Yoon-sung, who conveys the meaning of life through the left-right symmetrical structures of natural objects and the interpretation of non-figurative space through various media such as painting, digital printing, three-dimensional work, and sculpture. To effectively portray a symbolic object expressing life on a transparent display, the background was eliminated completely and the artist's symbolic pattern was set out as though unfolding from a vanishing point, producing a sense of depth in the Z-axis as well as the movement of the object in the XY-axis.
회화, 디지털 프린팅, 입체, 조형물 등 다양한 미디엄을 통해 자연물의 좌우 대칭적 구조 및 비구상적 공간의 해석을 기호화 하여 생명의 의미를 전달하는 조선대학교 조윤성 교수님과의 첫 협업 프로젝트입니다. 생명을 상징하는 기호화된 오브제를 투명 디스플레이에 효과적으로 연출하기 위해서, 배경을 과감하게 삭제하고 작가의 상징적 패턴을 소실점으로부터 펼쳐지듯 배치하여, 오브제의 XY축 이동과 함께 Z축의 깊이감도 느껴지도록 제작했습니다.
