<물 위의 세계>는 김포의 4대 포구가 지닌 문화·역사·지리적 특성을 현대적으로 재해석한 미디어아트 전시입니다.
세 개의 벽면과 바닥면이 하나의 장면처럼 확장되는 4면 구조로 구성되며,
벌룬을 활용한 인터랙티브 체험 요소를 더해 남녀노소 누구나 즐길 수 있는 몰입형 체험 경험을 제공합니다.

강과 바다가 만나는 전류리 포구, 과거 활발한 무역의 중심지였던 강령포구,
험한 물길로 인해 민요가 전해 내려오는 조강 포구, 전쟁과 침략의 아픔을 지닌 갑곶나루까지.

아름답게 펼쳐지는 "물방울의 포구 여행"을 감상하고, 물길을 모티프로 한 인터랙티브까지 체험하며
김포의 포구를 새로운 방식으로 이해하고 기억하는 시간이 되길 바랍니다.

World Upon the Water is a media art exhibition that contemporarily reinterprets
the cultural, historical, and geographic character of Gimpo’s four major harbors.
Presented in a four-surface format—where three walls and the floor extend as one continuous scene—
it adds an interactive component using balloons to provide an immersive experience for visitors of all ages.

From Jeollyuri Port, where river and sea meet;
to Gangnyeong Port, once a vibrant center of trade;
Jogang Port, where folk songs arose from perilous waters;
and Gapgot Naru, a crossing marked by memories of war and invasion.

We invite you to enjoy the “waterdrop’s harbor journey” and the waterway-themed interactive,
and to come away with a renewed way to understand and remember Gimpo’s harbors.
